We are an experiential marketing agency that is looking to add recruiters to our office located in the downtown King West area. We specialize in hiring and managing brand ambassadors who represent different clients and brands in exciting promotions across Canada, so rely heavily on hiring the right type of people to bring that brand to life. This role will offer recruiters the chance to work in a fast paced and creative environment with continuous opportunities for growth.

As a recruiter, we will look to you to utilize your knowledge and skills to manage the recruiting process by identifying key talent and candidates in marketplaces across Canada. You will source candidates through our existing database, contact lists as well as your own direct recruiting practices. You will run the recruitment process based on changing priorities and client needs, and speak with candidates to evaluate their skills.

Tasks include but are not exclusive to:

  • Reviewing and screening submitted applications
  • Conducting telephone and live interviews
  • Recruitment of new reps for company roster
  • Answering online and telephone inquiries
  • Managing staff profiles
  • Development of new recruitment ideas and strategies
  • Working with the company social media

Candidates for this position must be:

  • Holds either a Bachelor’s degree or Certificate in Human Resources
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Personable and outgoing
  • Have strong written, oral and technical communication skills
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
  • Willing to be an active participant and make an impact
  • Highly proficient with office automation tools (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to also work independently
